Event and Hotel Staff
All hotel and event staff are currently required to present either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the last 72 hours. The hotel staff currently takes the temperature of all hotel and event staff daily. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 Farenheit will not be permitted into the event.
Health and Safety Precautions
The following guidelines are in place to ensure both the safety and comfort of all attendees and staff at Rev 3. As COVID-19 and pertinent health & safety guidelines evolve, these guidelines will continue to be adapted and updated to have the safest event possible.
Attendee Safety Protocols
We ask all attendees to adhere to the following health & safety guidelines:
Vaccine and COVID-19 Testing
Our current policy is that all attendees present either evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the last 72 hours. Registrants will receive information on how to verify their vaccination status closer to the date of the event. We will evaluate this requirement and all other policies as we get closer to the event date. All health and safety policies are subject to change.
Masks and Hand Sanitization
Rev will provide hand sanitation stations and masks for all attendees. While masks are not mandatory at the event, we want to provide them as an added layer of protection for those who wish to wear them.
Not Feeling Well?
For the health and safety of all our attendees, if you have any flu-like symptoms within the last two weeks prior to the event (fever and a cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose) or symptoms related to COVID-19 within the last two2 weeks prior to the event, unfortunately, we kindly ask that you stay at home. If sickness prevents you from traveling and attending, please contact the Rev management team at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your travel plans.
